I feel if I like the feeling menstrual cramps, lower abdomen .. Sometimes I thought I had bad cramps, but it was gas ... lol Once no longer walk only cause damage, like a sharp pain trapped gas ... It is normal ...

Well, if I gas, feels the same before pregnancy. In the lower abdominal muscles. And the pain of gas runs back. For me, the pain ligament is more like needles .. longer periods. Hope that helped a little.
I do not think the gas is probably your uterus back. I and my doctor told me it was my uterus ass.
