High protein diet? - example high protein diet

This is a high protein diet bad for an average teenager, or is it good? For example, my food intake today was 17% fat, 51% carbohydrates, protein and 31.5% ... (assuming that 30% fat, 55% carbohydrates and 15% protein). How can I eat when I want to keep a healthy weight, and also seem to prefer?

nooo! Protein is good for you, but you should not get out of the way protein your usual diet, unless you have nothing. Excess protein can lead to health problems. My parents knew the couple who became very ill from a toxic protein (yes, you can have too much of the good guys!). Good for you for a while, but can be too much to heart problems and circulatory disorders. Simply not a good way. A good amount of protein is good. And you can take protein shakes and everything was cool, not of pure meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner .. not good for you.

u should definitely make a good amount of carbohydrates, but about something, whole grain bread (wheat bread, pasta, oatmeal, cereals), and there are protein bars that taste good (really good some arent good at all) and on 32 grams protein and low fat, low sugar, moderate carbs and good amount of calories to a good size. the taste of chocolate as "proto pure and soft. that like every day and seem kindof addicted. test.
